What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are fully refundable.

Cancellations before 30 days prior to arrival are refundable except for the processing fee.

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

If you have concerns about the possibility of having to cancel your trip, we strongly recommend travel insurance.

What is Travel Insurance?

Travel insurance is available for 7.10% of your reservation total.  Per our terms and conditions, all reservations are non-refundable 30 days prior to your arrival date.  Travel insurance will reimburse your reservation total to you should you have to cancel during the non-refundable time period for a covered reason, such as a medical emergency, flight cancellations or road closures.  For a complete list of coverage, please contact CSA Travel Protection at 866-999-4018.

What is the Damage Protection?  Does everyone have to pay it?

As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. If purchased, the policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000.

If you would rather not pay for Damage Protection, you can provide a $1,000 deposit that will be returned to you after your stay, pending no damage to the property during your stay.

Why do your costs look different than I see on outside websites?

Our website will always reflect the most accurate and best rates available for all of our properties. Many third party sites (including but not limited to AirBnB, VRBO, HomeAway) may not advertise our current specials and may charge an additional service fees. This service fee is not a fee controlled by Summit Voyage and may not be negotiable or refundable. To guarantee you are securing the best rate for your stay, we recommend that you always book directly with Summit Voyage.

How do I check in for my reservation?

When you book with Summit Voyage, you do not have to track down a rental office to sign paperwork or pick up keys.  We will send check in instructions and access codes to you 5-7 days before your scheduled check in date.

HELPFUL INFORMATION DURING YOUR STAY

What time is Check in and Check out?

Check in is 4:00 p.m.

Check out is 10:00 a.m.

Can I request an earlier check in and/or later check out?

Early arrivals or later departures are only allowed with prior consent of the management and we will consider early arrivals and later departures on a case by case basis.  We need to allow our housekeepers time to thoroughly clean the properties, so an early arrival or late departure may not be possible.  During busy seasons, we often have guests departing and arriving on the same day.  In these instances, we cannot allow changes to check in or check out times.  We will try our best to accommodate reasonable requests, but they cannot be guaranteed.    Additional fees may be required.

.

Do you allow pets?

While we love our fur-babies, the majority of our properties have a strict 'No Pets' policy. We do have one Dog Friendly Property at this time. Some restrictions & additional fees do apply.  If you need a place for your four-legged friend, there is a doggie daycare and boarding house that is highly regarded nearby.  Their name is Breckenridge Dog House and their number is (970) 453-5301.

Do all of your properties have hot tubs?

Most of our properties have private hot tubs or access to community hot tubs, but sadly, not all.  If a hot tub is high on your list of necessities, you can search our website for hot tub properties.

Does the kitchen have the pot/pan/dish that I need?

Each kitchen is stocked with a basic supply of pots, pans and dishes.  Please keep in mind that our idea of basic may vary from yours.  If you want to cook a meal or throw a tray of cookies in the oven, we have you covered.  If you want to make a souffle or need a spring form pan, you might want to bring those items with you.

Does my property have wifi?

Yes, all of our properties have internet and wifi.  Please note that during times of higher occupancy throughout the county the wifi/internet and cell systems get strained and this can affect speeds and conectivity.

Is there parking/garage at my property?  How many cars can we bring?

The amount and type of parking will vary from property to property.

Can I expect daily cleaning services?

Serviced condos and homes are a flexible and cost effective alternative to hotels. For this reason, daily housekeeping services are not a typical service that is provided on shorter stays. Your clean fee ensures that your rental is thoroughly cleaned and maintained prior to your arrival and covers the one-time set up of all linens and towels. We also provide a complimentary "starter kit" of different household items (listed below).

For stays a week (7+ nights) or longer, we do can arrange for a mid-stay towel and linen change or a mid-stay clean for an additional fee. We are also happy to arrange additional services, for a monetary fee. Feel free to contact us to inquire.

What supplies will be provided for me?

An initial supply of shampoo, lotion, soap/body wash, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish detergent, soap, garbage bags, paper towels, salt, pepper & basic spices will be provided for you. There are local grocery store for anything else you may need.

All tires must have a minimum one-eighth inch tread.

Is it true that most Summit County homes do not have Air Conditioning?

The air conditioner is not broken.  There isn’t one.  Almost all vacation rentals in Summit County do not have air conditioning. This may seem like madness, especially to our guests from lower altitudes and southern latitudes, but our high elevation and dry climate make air conditioning irrelevant about 11 months out of the year.  Go on, crank open those windows and let in the cool mountain air.  Don’t worry.  Another benefit to our high elevation and lack of humidity is our scarcity of bugs. In addition, all units are equipped with portable fans for use as needed.
